Go to when you know can always find what you need. Only complaint is that I miss having the 24 hour walmart hours. I used to shop at night and it was always easier for my family who have sensory processing issues. Also having a place to go in case we need medicine ect when pharmacies and other stores are closed.. Bring back 24 hour stores..

I have been to this location many times for oil changes and tire work. The woman at the counter is always great. Her customer service is solid and she’s the reason I kept coming back. The problem is the shop manager. The last few times he has helped me, he has been rude, argumentative, and seems to enjoy having the last word. I have seen him go back and forth with other customers too. Today was the last straw. I asked the woman to have the tech check my battery because my car was starting slower than usual. When I picked up the car, she told me the battery needed to be charged. I asked about the CCA and the shop manager cut in, insisting it was the alternator without doing a proper diagnostic. I used to be a tech. I already knew it wasn’t the alternator, so I ignored him. Later I had the battery, starter, and alternator tested somewhere else and it came back as a bad battery. So I bought a new one at Walmart. When I got home and took the new battery out, i saw it was leaking. I called the woman at the shop and explained what happened. I told her I wasn’t sure if I had bumped it, but I had only bought it less than an hour before. She told me to bring it back so they could replace it. When I arrived, she explained it to the shop manager. He immediately accused me of dropping the battery, after I confirmed the battery wasn’t leaking when i took it out of the store thats why I called before hand, he would not replace it, and told me I would only get the core charge and have to buy another battery. He said he was the manager and there was no one else to talk to. When I asked for the store manager, he said it didn’t matter because he would tell her not to approve it anyway. I have worked in customer service for over ten years. I have never spoken to a customer the way he spoke to me. He was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I ended up calling corporate, especially after seeing how he talked to another customer earlier in the day. Plus it has not been the frist time he has acted arrogant towards me. I finally went to a different Walmart, explained what happened, and they exchanged the battery immediately with no issues. That is how it should have been handled from the start, especially by someone who calls himself a shop manager.
