Walmart declined the United Healthcare card when my mother attempted to purchase wipes. We have previously ordered wipes online using the card, and these orders were fulfilled by Walmart. When we subsequently tried to purchase the same items in-store, the transaction was rejected. There is a remaining balance of twenty-three dollars on her card. Unfortunately, online ordering is not an option as it requires a minimum balance of thirty-five dollars, which is why we attempted the in-store purchase. The store associate was courteous but unable to resolve the issue. My mother is seventy-eight years old. It appears there is a discrepancy between the United Healthcare card application and Walmart's in-store system. It is perplexing that I can order the product online using the card for Walmart delivery, yet the same product is deemed ineligible for in-store purchase. This experience resulted in a significant waste of time and considerable frustration. I attempted to submit a review via the Walmart survey, ensuring all information was entered correctly and quadruple-checked, but the submission was rejected.
