Went here yesterday (Feb 9, 2026) around 3 pm, looking for a specific firearm that not every gun store carries. There were two workers dealing with one other customer, the older guy apparently searching for something on his computer and the younger guy just WATCHING over the older guy's shoulder. I'm not sure why the younger guy had to be in on that, but one of them could have at least acknowledged my presence in their store and said they'd be with me shortly. But no, they just completely ignored me. Despite the lack of assistance, I quickly found the item I was looking for, on the rack behind the counter, and stood right there for a couple minutes, then walked around the store for a bit, and back to where I had found what I was looking for. In total, I was in the store for about 5 minutes, without a single word said to me by either of the two workers. I kinda expected, when they saw me walking out, they would have said something then to stop me. But no, even as a potential customer was walking out the door, they refused to speak to me. I just moved to the area, and I buy two or three firearms a year, plus ammo and accessories. Might even get into reloading. So I'm looking for a regular gun store that will treat me like a valued customer. I didn't feel valued at Ron's Guns.
I've been going to Ron's gun for over 30 years Mr Ron And son Gene are super nice. Always ready to answer your questions and help you in anyway. They have a great selection and get you what you need. This is the oldest and best gun store you will find. Great prices and selection. I would not go anywhere else.
