I ordered a jacket that was delivered by Fedex but stolen by a porch pirate. I noted that Murdoch's does not ship their parcels with shipping confirmation including my own. When I inquired all they could say was this was their company policy to avoid too many parcels being returned to them (from not being able to be delivered) and offered no help or remedy. I'm now out $140 for a coat that was stolen from my front door. DO NOT shop with this company.
I ordered 7 items from this company. It turned out that they never had the 2 items I really needed even though one of them just went on sale (???). I got an e-mail saying 2 items were canceled but nothing showed in e-mail what they were. I had to wait to via chat for like 15 minutes to find out what they were. Then... when the other items were shipped, they ended up charging me for the canceled items!!! Had to go on chat again to get my money back for those 2 items. Even though employees are nice via chat, they are very slow in answering your question or concern. The internet side of the company seems to be extremely poorly run. Physical store is probably nice, employees were professional, but internet shopping experience was disastrous and disappointing :(
