I’ve run my business SB Property Maintenance for 9 years on Facebook Meta with no problems whatsoever until January this year 2026, my account got hacked and the hacker posted bad things on my page, so Meta removed the page along with instagram, and messenger leaving me devastated. I reported it via Facebook. I waited and got no response, so I had to create another page SB Property Maintenance 2. I whilst at work I received a notification from my original page, yes it was the hacker that took over my page, so I managed to screenshot his details and sent to facebook, but , some of my customers also reported it. And all we get back it they haven’t gone against community standards. I’ve explained in over 40 messages he hacked and stole my business page, it still has my email address and phone number so they can see it’s me. But still nothing and now I know it’s not a human it’s Ai , so I’ve lost my livelihood and everything I’ve put my soul into for 9 years and they can’t do anything! Absolutely ridiculous.
This is a warning to lonley gullible people, firstly I used to really love facebook. But then I got approached by a company saying would I like to earn some extra money by reviewing videos this turned out to be a scam, costing me about £300 of my own money with them demanding I pay £880 to get £2000 in return, couldn’t raise the money if I could I would have, but didn’t. Next got approached by a lady claiming to be an American CEO of a company that she had inherited, we chatted for a couple of weeks and I tell her that I’m trying to get some money and out of the blue, she says she would give me some money to help, so she connects with her alleged bank manager, and we go through a strange process of crypto to get this money, costing me about £80, which then went up would cost £200, that’s when I walked away. Apparently these are called romance scams, rescued bythe uk fraud department who knocked some sense into me to report it, and after a lengthy phone conversation,
