Purchased a Glock 19, Surefire X300U, and a Trijicon RMRcc from this business on Friday, November 18th at 3:47 PM as indicated on my receipt. The man who sold it to me (wearing a red plaid overshirt) was extremely nice and was super helpful throughout the entire process, even though he did say at one point he was still new. When questioned as I was paying, both my mother and I inquired about the return policy on the light and optic, and he pointed me to a sign that included "no returns on select optics". It was not specified what optics were excluded, but the man reassured me that if I wanted to return it for any reason I could, as long as the optic was unused. Fast forward 5 days and I come to the realization that I'd like to purchase a fullsize RMR instead of having the CC version for a few reasons, so I gave them a call and the person I spoke to on the phone said that I could definitely take it back and they asked me if I wanted to get one of the other brands they had instead, to which I politely declined. Today, I went in with my receipt and unused RMR in-box, only to be very abruptly told by the manager that I cannot return it under any circumstances because of the vague "select optics" clause in the posted return policy. Despite explaining everything that had happened I was again bluntly told that there's a lot of people who try to return fake RMRs or something like that, and was told "I am the manager, and I'm sorry but we cannot accept a return on that." I feel extremely deceived. It's a shame because it really is a nice little shop and shooting range.
