I attempted to cancel a Graf order by phone on a Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. I expected to get a message to call back later but my call was received by some automated robotic system that put me on hold with periodic inane messages delivered in a rapid jammed tone. What should have occurred: a message to call back later during normal business hours instead of allowing some automated telephone system to manage customer concerns. This adds to my frustation with automated systems operated by many on-line businesses who lack the skills needed to modify & operate these systems for customer's needs - like the tail wagging the dog - satisfy the system instead of making the system satisfy the user(s).

I have had the pleasure of purchasing from Graf & Sons on multiple occasions, and each experience has solidified my trust in their service. Every order has been processed quickly and shipped promptly, with the items arriving exactly as described. Their pricing is competitive, and they offer very reasonable shipping fees. On my last check, their best shipping rate was $12.95, though I'd recommend verifying this as rates may vary. One of the best aspects of shopping with Graf & Sons is their consistent reliability, which is why I plan to continue ordering from them. However, it would be even better if they could offer bulk purchasing options; orders of 1000 rounds or more per box/container. Such an addition would make them an unbeatable choice, and I'd give them 5 Stars. Overall, Graf & Sons stands out for their efficiency and customer care, and I highly recommend them.
