You're absolutely right you're not responsible for that but the fact that a man came into your store to ask for some help and you just turn them away and say basically go screw yourself you're on your own we don't want to help you tells me everything I need to know about you and your business. I have never even shopped in your store I've just never taken the opportunity to stop in but you missed an opportunity to make a customer I could have provided you with a purchase of an item I could have said hey these guys were willing to help me out let me give them some of my business or I could have spread the word about how kind you guys were and told people that you were a excellent place to do business with but instead of helping somebody in need of assistance you lost out on that.
